This person will be responsible for the commercial fleet sales success of the dealership by effectively planning and developing short and long term goals, and meeting the objectives set by upper management.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Promotes an enthusiastic attitude.

  • Creates cost-effective advertising programs and merchandising strategies for the dealership.

  • Ensures that the fleet units sold produce sufficient gross to aid the dealership in reaching its objectives on a monthly & yearly basis.

  • Develops merchandising strategies and assists in creating an efficient, cost effective advertising program.

  • Desire to work well in a team environment

  • Must have at least 2+ years of successful experience in automotive sales management or 5+ years in fleet sales.

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, and the ability to understand profit and loss statements, are requirements for success.

  • Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency

  • Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills

  • Managers are required to stay current with federal, state, and local regulations affecting their operations and comply with them

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
