Imagine a tech position where the work is fairly distributed, the Service team is looking out for each other, the Management team is keeping you up to date with training sessions relative to the rapidly changing world of automotive technology, and where your ideas are valued.

We are currently seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Technician to help take our (Internal/Retail) Service Department to higher levels of excellence.

The ideal candidate will treat our customers with prompt, courteous and excellent service while achieving the retail goals of the department. You will properly diagnosis and repair our customers‚ vehicles, which includes: road testing, addressing customer concerns, pricing and ordering parts. You will perform Multi-Point Inspection (MPI) and coordinate with service advisors for the timely and accurate repair/service of the customers‚ vehicles, while remaining in alignment with the Values, Vision and Mission of the company.



‚ Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Driver‚ s License

‚ Ability to lift an object weighing up to 60 pounds

‚ ASE Certification

Qualifications: Automotive / Auto Service Excellence (ASE) preferred. State and Emissions License preferred. Great work ethic: reliable and dependable. Proven track record as Automotive Technician/Mechanic of achieving or over-achieving goals/results. Working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc. Outstanding communication and customer service skills. Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service. Must have a 'can-do' personality. Professional appearance, demeanor, and a positive attitude. Ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace. Willingness to learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing technology. Ability to pass pre-employment testing to include a background check, drug test, and Motor Vehicle Record; must have a valid driver's license.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
