Client Service/Customer Service Associate, Home Care, Adult Nursing

Responsibilities
As a Client Services Associate you will:
Manage and maintain client and employee compliance
Work closely with both internal and external insurance teams regarding authorizations and billing for services
Assist Client Service Managers with case loads; Develop and maintain individual case loads
Maintain effective fiscal management of caseloads
Partner with clinical managers to provide supervision and support to the field employees
Assist in processing employee payroll and billing weekly
Participate in the recruitment and retention of field staff
Maintain relations and function as facilitator among clients, families, clinical manager, field and office staff and community organizations
Manage and problem solve incoming client and service inquiries
Strategically develop a scheduling plan for clients with applicable staff members
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree required
At least 2 years experience in customer service
At least 1 year supervisory experience strongly desired
Prior healthcare, home care and/or recruiting experience is a plus
Ability to work independently is required
Strong communication and customer service skills required
Proficient in Microsoft computer products including Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent organizational skills required
Competent in basic PC skills required to perform job functions

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
