The Senior Accountant reports to the President and manages the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Accounting/Finance department. Their accounting responsibilities include, but are not limited to general ledger accountability, and financial reporting, as well as financial profitability analysis and other special projects as assigned. The Senior Accountant also carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable law which include but are not limited to interviewing, hiring, firing, planning, assigning, directing work, rewarding, disciplining employees, performance review, addressing complaints, resolving problems and managing all accounting personnel. Requirements:
Accounting/Finance degree and three years or more experience as a Staff Accountant
QuickBooks knowledge and experience.
Good Phone Communications Skills.
Strong Interpersonal Skills

Strong Computer Skills.
Accuracy in daily work and other projects.
Ability to meet communicated schedules and deadlines.
Adherence to policies, procedures and instructions of Manager of Financial Reporting.
Ability to maintain good working relationships with vendors and other employees.
