At this time we're seeking a District Manager based in Eastern Pennsylvania! This person should have an abundance of energy and ability to tackle all challenges head-on. With more restaurants opening on the horizon, there's outstanding room to grow from within.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have a minimum of 4
years current Full Service or Fast Casual Multi-Unit Restaurant Management experience to be considered
Background with overseeing operations at a minimum of 4 locations doing over $2 million in sales per store
Outstanding leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing Management
Ability to build sales and rapport in the region
Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
