Residential Aide (Healthcare Support)
US Medical is working closely with 3 large non-profit Residential Providers who are seeking Residential, Direct Care & Home Health Staff who are interested in working directly with Adults or Children directly in a Residential Treatment Program.
The positions are offering all types of shifts from 1st, 2nd & 3rd shift depending on the schedule you are seeking, and also offer flexibility to work 12 hour shifts at a time if that is desired as well.
Caring for residents Performing indirect care for residents Provide monitoring and oversight of residential housing facility and residents Provide residents with routine daily care and services that meet the companies guidelines Ensure residents basic and emotional needs are met Ensure the physical safety of residents Direct residents in maintaining rules and basic program guidelines Recommended Skills Autism Behavioral Health Behaviour Therapy Education Home Healthcare Mental Health Apply to this job.
