Serving a total of 135 residents in our Personal Care, Independent Living, and Memory Support neighborhoods.

Managing the day-to-day operations of the Villa.
Organize, plan, and supervise the delivery of personal care to all residents.
Practice a resident-directed approach to resident care and services.
Maintain state regulatory assessments and compliance Qualifications Active Personal Care Home Administrator license Be able to work flexible schedule when necessary.
One to three (1-3) years of management or supervisory experience in Personal Care or Assisted Living.
Proficient in the use of Electronic Health Records.
Practice good communication to residents, staff and family members.
Able to motivate and build team spirit.
