Internet Sales Representative
Internet Sales/ BDC Appointment Coordinator.
Jeff DAmbrosio Auto Group is a family owned and operated, award winning dealership is looking for Job Internet/ BDC Appointment Coordinator needed to help us expand our department.
The ideal candidate will be a people-person, energetic, and professional.
They will respond to internet and telephone customer inquires, and make outbound phone calls.
Other clerical duties required.
We will train.
Responsibilities:
Respond to internet inquiries and sales calls with courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism.
Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM.
Generate sales appointments for our professional Sales Associates.
Learn and have full knowledge of manufacturer brands, models, features, options, etc.
Must be comfortable making 100
outbound follow-up calls to our prospects daily.
Must be comfortable selling and asking for the appointment.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction.
Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Efficient typing, emailing, and texting skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Must be able to work a 5 day work week including Saturdays, and a minimum of 2 evening shifts during the week Recommended Skills Communication Courtesy Customer Satisfaction Professional Attitude Sales Self Motivation Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
