Daily job tasks and responsibilities Answer phones and transfer to appropriate staff member Take and distribute accurate messages Process AR/AP Maintain records, office filing and storage Perform occasional work-related errands such as going to the post office and bank Must be able to multi-task effectively in a high-paced environment The successful candidate will have:
Competent Computer Skills Knowledge in QuickBooks (Preferred) Internet skills including Emails and Data Collection Telephone Experience Strong Customer Service, Organization, Planning and Tracking skills Strong Attention to Detail Strong Verbal and Written Communication Strong Spelling, Proof-reading and Math skills Multi-task with ability to change gears frequently Work hours are Monday - Friday 8:
