The Guest Services Assistant position is 20-25 hours a week including some evening and weekend hours.
The position will be responsible for:
Create a welcoming and supportive environment for our students.
Answer any questions or needs from students.
Set up and break down for programs including classrooms, housing and meals.
Running local errands.
Process on-site and online shop sales.
Some work in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) Other office duties and program maintenance functions.
Qualifications and Skills Relevant experience in face-to-face customer service.
Excellent communication skills, in both verbal and written form.
Competent use of Microsoft Office.
Experience in point-of-sales systems.
Enjoy and excel working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Own car & good driving record.
Residen within 15 miles of our location.
