Job duties of a Patient Services Representative answering phones, managing patient schedules, and troubleshooting company inquiries Previous customer service experience is required; health-related experience is a plus.
Candidates who demonstrate good customer service, written, verbal, and computer skills are required.
Candidates with Medical Office and Insurance Verification experience are desired.
