This position will be working throughout Chester county.
Key responsibilities include; Prospect and follow up on potential home buyers.
Responsible for creating relationships and working with outside vendors and partners.
Update and track performance using internal CSM.
Work closely with administrators to conduct sales meetings.
Work collaboratively with the construction team to ensure projects are tracking as expected and keep a constant line of communication throughout the build.
Must have New Homes Sales experience.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$150,000.
00 - $200,000.
