SJVC is seeking a We are seeking a qualified candidate for the position of full-time Outpatient Services Coordinator.
The successful candidate must be able to handle confidential information with discretion.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel spreadsheets, familiarity with Outlook helpful.
Candidate will have excellent attention to detail while handling a variety of clerical tasks, great follow up, and the ability to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities include document processing and filing, maintaining Outpatient Program supply inventory, preparing client charts, and verifying contractor billing.
Excellent communication skills with staff, clients and independent contractors is required.
Qualifications:

5
years' experience in relevant work; high school diploma.
2.
Professional office, phone etiquette and organizational skills a must.
3.
Strong computer skills especially Microsoft Office Suite.
4.
Self-starter with excellent time management and follow up.
5.
Knowledge of the Catholic Church helpful but not required.

Ability to do manual labor including climbing stairs and lifting up to 20 lbs.
