We are experiencing tremendous growth and are in need of team members for our Sales Department.
Our Sales Department is supported by a fully staffed and well trained BDC Department that generates over quality1,000 leads for the sales department a month.
We also have excellent floor traffic and a loyal customer base which creates a steady supply of return customers.
Candidates with prior automotive sales experience are desired but those with a background in other retail sales, insurance, real estate, hospitality, or customer service are encouraged to apply.
We will commit to training the right individual.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Meet and greet all potential customers with courtesy and professionalism.
Using a consultative approach, assist our customers in selecting the right vehicle for themselves and their families Communicate with our supportive management team to create a sale Follow-up with all prospective buyers on a regular basis Provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction Learn and have full knowledge of the available models, features, options, etc.
Effectively communicate the models and features of our inventory to prospective buyers Help us create customers for life! Colonial Hyundai Offers:
Reasonable work schedules (8 PM close M-Th, 7 PM close on Fri, 5 PM close on Sat.
